How have you done the sump/x member? I’m looking to put one in a mk2 but can’t find much info on the bottom end other than many people going down the dry sump route.

This car has the rack at the rear. And I'm using a modified Nissan Silvia crossmember.
@@M11rf ah ok thanks. Did you have to lower the x member so you could use the complete sump or have you cut it out?
@@mykswappedescortmk2 the sump has been cut a little but you can't cut it too much because of the oil pump.
@@M11rf I’ve seen that. I believe a type s oil pump is a good alternative option if more room is needed.
@@M11rf how did they run the engine on the floor with the standard ecu? How did they bypass the immobiliser?
