I recently bought a shooting machine and I got it set up to the point of trying to extend the poles that connect the net but it does not work. One section on each 4 of the poles is impossible to move and I have tried everything to get it to work. I’m not sure how to fix it I tried to use oil and I don’t know why it won’t budge.
Just got my unit Wednesday October 19th, waisted 2 workouts trying to get the telescopic poles to slide, 2 where jammed into each other, locking pins bent, and the do not slide out very well. Without the net fully operational it does not work. With that being said, I can see myself using this tool for hours. It is portable! It stows away nice and if the poles worked can be easily set up quickly. The cost would be worth it, other than the poles it is well built. My hope is the grind will send me replacement poles ASAP so that I can fully enjoy this tool. Needs a little tweaking.

Grind sent me replacement poles yay! However, more problems, the guide netting at the bottom ripped where it drops down into the catapult, the velcro hold backs ripped off, need a few tweaks to make this great. I have sent videos and pictures to the email but no response. The footing underside was bent also.
@@michaeldrayton5784 unfortunately no, the machine is awesome and I have put many hours on it now, made my own fixes using bungee cords . Seems to be working better then what it was made with, I hope they continue to make tweaks, fixes, and improvements.
Yes if you were in Batch 1 or Batch 2, you received the white net. Batch 3 and onward have the black net. Feel free to reach our team at info@grindbasketball.com if you need a new net!
@@GRINDBasketball do you have any videos that show how fast the speeds are? I just learned about this machine and I have been trying to find videos showing all capabilities
