Bro when i try this campaign and another by the same person the game speed is very slow and the slider doesnt affect it.

Go to your Yuri.exe shortcut file - SHORTCUT ONLY! - not the original exe file. right click properties add to your location this: -speedcontrol
i mean, for example: "C:\Red Alert 2\YURI.exe" -speedcontrol
Save this, and launch the game
