So true. Not just him, but no person in the world under 185 lbs can stop that BEAST in the cage. He's just relentless. There are people who has better boxing this and that, but what they forget is his fierce character. He can switch in a second due to his competative nature and absolutely mauled you with the elbows, probably best ground and punder in the history of the sport, while Islam is kinder, you can see it in his eyes.

The thing about khabib is he walks throught everything as if he feels no pain. Gaethji almost did bring khabib down,if you watch the last kick from Justin Khabib did go down but as he went down he grabbed the leg and sub gaethji. So yes, talent wise maybe Islam,but force wise Khabib all day.
No stop calling that last kick didn’t make khabib go down, he shot it at the same time. Because he was getting tired of the kicks, and they started to feel.. but any fighter would literally last longer they won’t go down 2nd round from some leg kicks here and there, they’re not us.

70 % chance Islam can KO Khabib. Their wrestling would cancel out, i suspects it would be similar to how Khamzat couldn’t keep Aliskerov down and eventually just abandoned the attempts because they would be huge stamina drains. Fight would end up on the feet and Islam’s technique and striking defense are levels above, my guess is khabib gets caught by a counter left as he rushes in recklessly with his chin in the air. He could get away with that because his takedown threat was the most feared aspect of his game, if he gets you down its over, but i guarantee neither of them are taking each other down consistently in a real fight, if ever. And even if Islam cant KO him, he has the skills to out point him pretty easily. I always been an Islam doubter and im pretty bummed out he put volk to sleep, but this guy striking has improved tremendously, he’s dropped Oliveria and KO volk, he ain’t been boring in a long time and i had to admit it.
