Crossing the Golden Gate Bridge - Long walk from Sausalito to San Francisco

Walk from Sausalito to the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco. This isn't a walk that most people will take but come along on this 7 mile journey from Sausalito to San Francisco. The total time it will take for you to walk this will be about 2.5-3 hours and along the way you'll see some great views of the San Francisco Bay, Golden Gate, and the Golden Gate Bridge.
It's not a difficult hike, but there are a couple places where you might run into traffic. I recommend that you walk along East Road rather than up Alexander Ave since there is no sidewalk and a lot of fast traffic on Alexander.

PS/ what a lot of people do not understand is that when they sit on their butts behind a steering wheel they are not in the environment they see outside the abbreviated environment they call their own. .. they would be shocked to see the actual scale of things and the relationships that exist they pass
