Hello maโam, my 5 month old daughter is in India. My husband has trc and I am waiting for Trc .I applied on 27 may 2024 . Family reunion date arenโt available . Can I apply tourist visa for her .we both are in Portugal .please suggest me what will I do?
Have you checked on AIMA, before as per the news it was possible to apply family reunification who has kids younger than 5 years.
You should also receive TRC in few days, although it can take 90 working days but you can still send email and check with them mentioning your situation.
