Great product and very informative videos. Your pergola is built to handle a very heavy snow load which is extremely rare for where live (Georgia). Might you be building a lighter weight system for areas with infrequent snow?
We're not planning to build a new model yet. We're still a family business working to make the best product we can, so we go to market with just that at the moment!

Hello! At the moment, unfortunately there is not one located there. While we've constructed many in the midwest, our kitted product is a relatively young approach; therefore, no unit is installed in South Florida yet.
Can this go on top of a roof? I have a U shape home and want to span the open space with this product.

That's correct. We just sell the kitted louvered system.
Yesh. I got a bid of $60k for 14x16.
That seems high. I am a dealer for a very high end pergola manufacturer, they are looked at as the best in the industry. For a 16x14 with 4 posts the installed price is about 50K, and that includes shipping from Belgium.
Where does the water go when it hits your louvers? How does it get to the ground?
Hello! Good question. We'll have to make a video showing that. There is an internal gutter system. If you follow the installation steps, you'll see the gutter placed inside the beams. The rain runs off the louvers and into the gutters, which then drain through and out one of the posts.

Hello! Unfortunately we don't ship to the UK at the moment.
We love your system but want a professional installation. $10K for the system but no installation/guaranteed setup is not happening. We do not care about resale value. We don't care if it costs $25K+. We want the best quality installed with powered screens, powered lights, etc. We want to install a BBQ/outdoor food service area underneath as well as either slab and porcelain tile or paver floor. We want the deluxe version. Struxture offers that, but we love your videos.
I looked at the Struxure unit too. Looks good, but the quote came in at $40K+! I will take a closer look at this product in the Spring. I can justify $10K, but not $40K.
Even at 10 grand that's way way way too much money. I just got a quote from China from what looks to be very well built with a power roof and 4 sides with power blinds (comes with a remote) and was a 12 x 16 shipped to the US for under 6K. So buy yours or theirs?

I’d bet if you went local and something went wrong or you needed a spare part you could proooobably call these guys and get an answer from a native English speaker. Additionally, if you care about our economy maybe paying a little more is ok.
