I can’t think of any profession with less professional employees. 2 seconds to say why you are mugging him. Just accost him then claim he was resisting arrest.
Sarge: "looks like she got a freebie" (as he's bitching about her not answering her radio/phone). Victim (of pigs): "what am I being arrested for?" Not ONE of those pigs asked: "why is he (the victim) under arrest?" (I guess maybe he changed his shirt... maybe?).
This is really in the running for worst police district. I swear it's a coin flip if you are going to be free or get arrested/impaired by these authorities, as we're told they are..

While editing all the footage I've just found where an officer tells the paramedic that the suspect the injury was caused by the suspect banging his head against the plexiglass and metal bar partition in the cop car.

His hands are constrained and unable to protect their body from impact due to abrupt stops for any reason. At the end of the day, they are responsible for who they have in custody.
Out of the 19 videos of security footage and BWC footage, I haven't seen what happened but an officer asked him something to which he replied, "I don't like to be touched". So it's not clear. More footage to come soon.

The man had restraining order to stay away from his ex-girlfriend that works at the Tax Collectors office. They called police who took over 4 hours to find him just 1 block away in between the tax collectors office and police department. The female officer that spotted him and had issues detaining him. She had been having radio issues all day and her sgt got on her ass about not correcting the issues.
As a woman I am so embarrassed by this USLESS officer! Had he not chose to comply she would have been toast!
