I think the not-so-subtle message the video conveys, is that if you can afford to move from a dirty old apartment building to someplace new, with a huge lobby and gleaming marble floors, you should also expect a modern elevator.

Also, manual gate elevators need not level poorly like the examples depicted here. Any elevator mechanic worth his salt can make the necessary adjustments to rectify that. I've seen plenty of automatic elevators with terrible leveling, and once again you're back to popping a wheelie on the stroller/mobility device. The type of door has nothing to do with it... it's all about proper maintenance.

I agree. I also have a manual door in my building. It causes the same nuisance. Very practical scenes but i guess Automatic doors are not also not perfect

Human beings are becoming more lazy and mechanical.
Some effort to be done by us also is not bearable to us
Moreover all apartment cannot afford automatic door lifts .
These are too expensive
