Anna once again points for the on screen captioning
It seems you took my advice to keep the on screen captioning enabled in your videos from one of the last videos you did
Making your videos accessible for those hard of hearing or completely deaf is elegant as well
Another slam dunk video! Thank you for these reminders 🙏❤️
Definitely Anna!
Thank you Anna, you helped me a lot to see what i'm doing wrong for years! P.S I love all your videos about etiquette. It helps me a lot, 'cause my mom always say: Lucy, you really look like a lady....until you open your mouth.
Helpful and Hilarious 😂. Thank you.
As an italian I will always know where to place my hands: using them to emphasise every single word I am saying 😅😂
I like your new content lately! It makes me feels like it's ok to level up if you don't have money. Cause it's about attitude, mindset and be the best version of yourself. Please continue making this kind of video :)
I agee
There are so many ways in which we can level up in life for “free” 😃 Self-development, deportment, manners etc
Slowing down, for me, is a challenge since I was told to hurry my entire life by my dad. And, since I was in the Army. But, I'm going to make a conscious effort to try it!
huge challenge for me too
Even in life, all of life, when I'm alone. Savoring life is confident and feminine.
Same. Always in a hurry for whatever reason.
I think in today's world, everyone moves faster. It's the hectic lifestyles we lead. Slowing down sounds nice!
Same, and when she mentioned this a year ago in another video I made a conscious effort to slow down at work and people do respond to me differently, it’s better. Good luck! It’s soooo hard to change your flow
Posture helps not only confidence, but body structure. Several years ago, I saw a doctor for shoulder pain, and he had me correct my poor posture. I not only feel better, but look better too!
Absolutely! With the new “phone posture” sadly there will be a pandemic of backpain in the future
Yes my husband asked me once : why are you allways standing and looking around when were invited over to family or friends ?
He said you should take a seat and take up some space literally
Why do you make yourself so small ?
Gosh it was life changing
Great advice! I love it when people close to us can give constructive feedback so that we improve ❤️
But when we're guests, how to make sure we're not being rude/invasive etc... I've known people who come into your space (house, room,...) and instantly start acting like they own the place, sitting wherever, touching anything, taking "too much" space as if they own the room; and I've always hated that. It's not your place/space, chill 😅
Anna, my life is so different because of you! I was just at a summit of world leaders in blockchain, dressed and acting perfectly and confidently. So many opportunities opened up to me. It's all 100% natural now, but I learned each piece one by one!!! ❤ I did notice that most of the women there (we are a male dominated industry) were looking amazing as well! Not over dressed, underdressed, all very classy, confident, friendly and fitting in perfectly. Thank you!!!
I was victim of extreme child abuse and not fit for any social interaction or society. I had to learn everything as an adult.
🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺😭💖
It’s weird I was literally watching her video and I’m like I wonder if she’s always been like those I know that she wasn’t because she was on a reality TV show and she said she was really sad. I think it’s just about choosing a new reality that you want to step in to. Do I wanna be the side girl that’s never chosen and that’s desperate for validation no I don’t need validation from anyone the only person that I need validation from us myself. I find your story very inspiring I am still trying to navigate things as well . And you hear stories all the time of people like the girl that was locked in her house her whole life with all of her siblings she’s just like living her best life now.
@nfteve Thank you for your comment 🌷 I’m so happy for you and your transformation. We all come from different walks of life, but we all should have equal chances to achieve success in life. And I’m glad to see you’re an example of such. Sending you loads of love and more success for you in your life to come ❤️🌷✨✨✨✨
@Alicia-vq8jg Thank you ❤️ I am happy that I can inspire and motivate that it’s OK to have an imperfect past, you can still become whoever you desire to be in your present life 🌟 Anything is possible! 😃🌷❤️
Wow, kudos to you for being brave and overcoming your past. Thanks for sharing ❤
Anna, you're getting prettier day by day. I'm so happy to see the glow on your face❤
fully agree, and it looks completely natural, the dear ladies who have face lifts do not look a day younger, there's obviously more to it than the lack of lines
You’re so sweet! Thank you 🙏
@@AnnaBeyOfficial So are you :)
It's surprising, but really and truly, people naturally equate slow speed with elegance. I've discovered this through kind feedback people have given me directly. (I'm nearly a sloth. 😊) But here's a clear example you may have seen yourself: There's a scene in The Tourist where Angelina Jolie has to walk a distance through Venice without dialog. She explained that the director made her re-do the scene multiple times, telling her to slow down more and more, because he wanted her to project an elegant demeanor. She said that she found this very difficult, as she's naturally someone who moves quickly. In reality, the final take wasn't that slow. It just looks unhurried.
ya know, I am a bellydancer and have even my smile in my muslce memory. Learning to be confident and expressive was quite a lot of practice for me. Now I am very confident (even ehen I am not) and its LIFE changing!
Hey being yourself and doing what comes natural to you is REAL CONFIDENCE!
Absolutely! 💯
These videos are hilarious, entertaining and informative at the same time. This is officially my favorite CZcams channel ❤️
I’m only getting ads from shein this year on Anna’s videos 😂 makes me laugh cause this the last brand most of us elegant ladies would buy from!
Oh no 😬 maybe it’s a sign that recession is truly here, as I used to have nicer brands in front of my videos 🥲
I notice it too… 🫠
What about us broke ladies who, at the moment, can only afford shein? 😅😂😂 On the contrary I'm immensely grateful for accessible brands like shein that have all sorts of styles for very affordable prices; more people can look nice now 🤗
I can never be "invisible," because I'm 6'1" tall. So, from young I learned to stand straight and became a model.
That’s amazing! 🤩 So beautiful with statuesque ladies 🥰
Body language speaks volumes!!! I am naturally more introverted, but I consciously try to combat that by standing up straight and making eye contact with people rather than being a wallflower - it can get a little tiring being "on" so often, but it's necessary for my job and the payoff has been well worth it: I have increased my network by simply being more open to conversation and meeting more people.
LOVE the information and your sense of humor is hilarious!!! Thank you, Anna! You made my morning! My coffee even tasted better.☕
I feel so called out with the excessive nodding 😭 I knowww I do that, especially at my job. Thank you Anna 💖 Going to work on it.
I’ve also been guilty to the nodding 😬 But it’s amazing how with awareness we can correct tiny things that better represents who we truly are ❤️
This is a great video. Yes, there's a knack to it, being too nice & easy going can make people wrongly think you're a doormat.
Absolutely! No desperation or doormats on this channel ❌
Amazing video !!! :) For me, I also gained a bit more confidence when I finally worked on the things that made me insecure. :)
Thank you Anna as usual!!! Sometimes I experienced the "making myself smaller", specially in posture, only in specific circumstances, but out of fear of others mainly, not because I feel I am less.
It’s such a giveaway people pick up on when showcasing lack of confidence. It can be good to correct it in situations when you simply don’t want to tell people that you’re unsure 🌷✨
@@AnnaBeyOfficial Thank you Anna! 💞
as always im just here to say I LOVE YOU ANNA!

Absolutely! That’s the mindset 👍
This video is YOUR BEST! So funny!!!

I’m loving this new style of videos! ❤
Yeah, yeah, also good point about desperate and searching eye contact. Thank you so much Anna❤
Great video
This video is soooo helpful!! Thank you!!!
Great video. Thank you
Great topic!
I love this kind of content!
"The agreement" is so perfectly explained. I see a lot of people doing this. Great tips Anna!
Thank you for the tips.
Thank you for this very helpful video Anna🙏
Thanks for the tips. I like the music at the end ❤
Love the exit music!
Thank you for sharing these useful tips.
I am an introvert, and had an inferior complex since young.
My work requires me to go to business networking session. And of course, I feel uncomfortable.
But somehow, I do know what I did, there are people approaching me asking me what makes me look confidence?
My inner thoughts was like "What? What did I do?" Ha ha.
I hope to see more of this type of video ❤😊
I like this new Anna content. It feels youthful, fun (as always), natural and of great quality. I feel like a friend or sister is giving me advice instead of an influencer. Thanks, Anna 👌
Great tips and everything she says is true i noticed it for myself! I really have to apply this to my life because the sad reality is that people tend to use you more when you come off as insecure..
hi ! thanks, when you smile it's impossible to have a negative thinking !
Thanks Anna! I struggled in my early 20s and watching your videos felt like having 1-1 advice from an older sister, who has her life together. Thanks for creating this content!
Ps: you always look so lovely
You are my Mentor Anna! Sending you My respect and admiration❤
Thank you sweety 🌷
@@AnnaBeyOfficial l appreciate you ❤️
Amazing❤
Interestingly enough with your point of slowing down, I recall several years back learning it somewhere else, and incorporating it. I walked out of the department store at a slower pace, I walked comfidently with a foot in front of the other in a feminine way and I felt confident in how I presented.. and I got approached by several men because of it! I was stunned, because that never happens to me! So that's my little experience with that there
I love your sense of humor and clever editing! Wonderful job Anna 💕
Thank you so much!! 🌷
Anna, you should do a stand-up comedy :-)
Haha thanks 😆
Loved this video! Thanks Anna!
You're so welcome! 🌷
Very good and entertaining as well❤️❤️❤️
Thanks Anna! A great video with helpful tips once again. I would like to add something to the conversation. In all that I've learnt about etiquette, confident body language and the like, I do wonder where people on the autism spectrum fit into this. I am diagnosed with autism (Asperger's syndrome) and a lot of autistic people stim (fidget like I rock back and forth), can't make eye contact and don't always fit in with what is typically considered "elegant". I am both autistic and I am interested in elegance and it's been tricky for me to find my place in the elegance community and wondered at times if I even belong or if being autistic excludes me from being elegant. I can mask my autism traits for a while to appear confident and elegant but I also know that my confidence has improved greatly since accepting my authentic autistic self and not hiding my autistic traits. I wonder if there are any other neurodivergent ladies who watch Anna's content and wonder how do they fit in with the elegance community while also being quite different?
Thank you Anna for this video! It's so helpful ❤️❤️❤️
You're so welcome! 🌷❤️
Thanks Anna 👍❤
great video as usual!!!
Glad you enjoyed! 🌷
Anna, those movie clips were hysterical. Thank you for showing those. LOL.
I rush too much living in Tokyo. Must slow down!!!
Awesome I could learn so much from your videos and I will 😊
Anna, this video is really good one (as are others as well). I really enjoyed it and love how you covered everything in such nice and polite and positive way. And couldn't agree more with you.
I like new style of making videos and I love your subtitles (was using automatic from YT). This is example how videos can "grow"
Regarding eye contact, I think it is very important to keep it and have learned (in NLP educatios) that there are some types of people who are not comfortable with it while they talk. Since I realised it, I'm giving my best to make a difference between that type of people and the people who are not that type (it's important for a lot of things).
Looking forward your next video (regardless the subject, it is just going to be great).
Thank you ❤
Anna please do a video on how to deal with jealous women in the workplace 🙏

Thank you so much for this sharp tips. You make me smiling and nodding from the beginning until the end of the class (I think is eceptabled, right😊) Your lesson is so understandable, thanks again😊

I really love the gifs/memes. 😂😂😂😂 So funny. Thank you, ma’am. ❤
I miss your fashion videos 🤍
There will be coming soon! I want to also mix it up with other level up tips videos
@@AnnaBeyOfficial Hi Anna! Can you please tell us where your shirt is from in this video?! I love it 😍
Such interesting tips, will def try! The slowing down is so true. I have a dog who walks slow and sniffs everything. This has lead me to walk past cafeterias and outdoor seatings in bars/restaurants in a very slow pace. It was so uncomfortable at first, since I normally would pass by quickly. With time, I also told myself to breath, embrace the slow paste and look at the people at the tables. I even let her stop and sniff, even if it means standing still in front of the establishment for a longer period. Now I see it as a wonderful challenge :D
8:40 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 omg 😂😂😂😂😂😂 , love the Video. You're great ❤
Anna, you look absolutely beautiful! Great tips✨
Thank you so much!☺️
Through my teacher Anna, I'm learning many things like this video lesson, thanks wonderful stunning woman❤
Loved this video Anna !!! I found it extremely helpful and had a few laughs😂 those examples you showed were very funny😂😂😂now I’ve got to stop nodding so much when someone is talking to me 🤦♀️I was actually doing this very thing the other day when I was having a conversation with my brother !!😂
Can you make a video about how to respond and react in different situations in elegant way please. Thank you!
Your fun side is very charming! 🌸
Ma'am you are my true inspiration. You helped me a lot to transform myself.I want to tell you that you are doing great job and no matter what haters say about you ,just keep going and always shine❤.Love from India❤
anna being hilarious and classy 😍
Always love your videos & suggestions, Anna Darlin❣️. These were great tips!!! One I might add is, “just get over yourself!” and think about others! Try making the other person feel liked/loved/important. It erases self-consciousness. 💖
Great tip! 🌷
9:11 this is a tough one for my adhd 😂 but I'm learning to control it when I need to! 💪
Hello Anna lpve your video. Great tips. Well i have a tenny wenny problem. As your the video say confident. I talking
Hi from uk 🇬🇧
Probably your best video so far Anna ! Great tips thank you for sharing this :)
I second that sentiment.
U look stunning
Slowing my speech was huge for me to relearn in my 30’s because I was a natural fast talker, since childhood.
I’m pretty sure I do all except one and that is I’m always in Hurry in every thing! Everything I do is in Hurry 😞
I don't have a problem with my had down, I'm a petite, always with my head UP. 🤣
I need this, especially when meeting with the in-laws.
That dramatic reenactment at the beginning 😂
😆😆😆
😅 I love your example of theatrics! 😂😅
You are so funny 😆😆😆 The examples in the video are so funny 😆 In a Good way Ofcourse not laughing at you but with you. I think bulliers laudh of somebody else, because lack of confidence, but they should laudh with somebody.
I really admire your work, and started thinking a bit of Madonna, because I too admire her work, and agenda towards not bully people. That is really classy.
I’m glad you enjoyed it! 😃🌷
Drömde i natt att du hade bytt namn och jag hade svårt att hitta din kanal. Kom på det nu när jag såg din avisering. Drömmar är bra meningslösa ibland!😂
😁
I love your videos! may I know where you bought the gray shirt?😀🤍
It’s from Gabriela Hearst 😘
Thank you, you are the best❤
