Romance seems close for Thing, the Addams right-hand-in-a-box, when Gomez's aunt arrives for a visit accompanied by Lady Fingers, her handmaiden. Thing enjoys the visit most because it gives him a chance to hold hands with one of his own kind.

Props to the hand actors for sitting under a table together. I doubt that is was comfortable to give us adorable hand scenes, definitely worth it
I just learned that was the actors for Morticia and Lurch doing the hand scenes.
on the dvd commentary, they note that Carolyn & Ted used to giggle under the table.
