    6. Refrain from things that remove protection:
    - acting in opposition to that being said

    10. Refrain from minor sins. Don't make a habit of minor sins as it can become major sins e.g. bad language

The brother mentioned for people not to put themselves in dangerous situations like in quite extreme cases visiting haunted houses for example, because a person could easily become possessed, trust me you don't need to go anywhere, when I was sceptic before I had a paranormal experience I would look on my computer for paranormal stuff and whilst doing so after a while a small white hand waved at me through my computer screen, I didn't look again after that day, I've had a few paranormal experiences but the most extreme 1 I mentioned below. 100% the unseen exists please don't waste your time or and compromise yourself in anyway searching for this stuff, use your time remembering your Lord ALLAH SWT, that time is priceless. May ALL SWT protect everyone and everything from evil and evil doers Inshallah.

I absolutely agree because I went through something like that recently. I have a fascination with abandoned houses and the reasons why people abandon them and not necessarily the paranormal but something unexpected happened the other day while watching. The house they were exploring was very sad and sinister by the stuff left there to say the least and the story was that the family, man and wife had one daughter who died in that house and was found at the bottom of the stairs. The wife couldn't live without the daughter she adored so she eventually passed away leaving the husband on his own who eventually also passed. You could tell from the place that this man was very dominant and maybe an abuser of his daughter who was found dead there, but what freaked me out was while watching you heard a girls voice whisper "he killed me" when he leaves a room that he said smelled like death. I was chilled to the bone and also at another part you hear a man whisper something very obscene that I cannot mention here. May Allah protect us.

@Linda J hi thankyou for your comment. I liked your story a lot it is very sad, and its weird how non believing, more likely, unseen are attracted to homes and places were tragic, sad, horrific things have happened, and sometimes just a place that has laid dormant, empty for a long period is also attractive enough to be occupied by them, but the 2 examples combined is a place that's almost definitely going to get occupied by non hospitable unseen in no time in my opinion. I'm sorry I didn't fully understand what you wrote in your comment where you say in the beginning that you were watching something, you didn't elaborate what, and near the end of your comment you said you watched me or during watching me, that bit too I didn't understand, can you explain please, many thanks. May ALLAH SWT protect everyone and everything.

@@lindaj7167 The voice that said he killed me is actually the voice of Qareen as you would probably know Allah created a Shaitan Jinn with every human being. The human being dies but his Qareen stays alive until Allah decreed for him to live. Another example of Qareen is when people who kills innocent they get PTSD and says that they see the dead bodies and they go insane in the end. It’s the Qareen of the innocent who takes the killer to insanity

In Islamic theology false demon Angel Jibril creates Islam in a cave and tries to steal the identity of The Holy Spirit and create Islamic 'Isa', Surah 66 ayat 12.
In the Bible Angels are not allowed to create or impregnate humans, only God can create, this is plagarism and Shirk. Genesis 6:1‭-‬5, Jude 1 v 6, 2 Peter 2 v 4, Matthew 22 v 30.
The Quran gets the Trinity wrong, not mentioning the Holy Spirit, because the false Angel Jibril was trying to steal the identity of the Holy Spirit and create Islamic Jesus (Isa).
So... Allah got it wrong because false Angel Jibril was masquerading as the Holy Spirit for Islamic Theology, that is why Jibril then created a false Jesus that was not divine or crucified in the Quran.
Jibril (Demon) , Messenger of Allah, tells Muhammad to take 6 year old Aisha and marry her, and Muhammad in his lust for a child totally overrules Abu Bakr's Objection to marriage!
Aisha reported: Gabriel came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, with her image on a green, silken cloth and he said, “Verily, THIS is your wife in this world and in the Hereafter.” Source: Sunan al-Tirmidhī 3880. Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Albani.
      Narrated Hisham's father:
Khadija died three years before the Prophet departed to Medina. He stayed there for two years or so and then he married 'Aisha when she was a girl of SIX years of age, and he consumed that marriage when she was nine years old. Source: bukhari 5: 58 236
Muhammad was over 50 WHEN HE MARRIED A SIX YEAR OLD.
In addition Sahih Bukhari 1:1:3 states that Waraqa said the Angel Jibril Muhammad saw was the same Moses saw, but the angel Moses saw, NEVER identified itself as Gabriel to Moses in the Torah, EVER!
Muslim theologians also falsely try to make Muhammad the Comforter (The Holy Spirit) from John 14 v 15-17 and v 25-26, as well as John 15 v 26, John 16 v 7-8 and John 16 13-15.
Muhammad himself never pointed to any specific Biblical Scripture he could find himself in, unlike Jesus and Islamic thought denies the Father and The Son...
      1 John 2:22‭-‬23 KJV
Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
Secondly, Allah has never come to earth and ever proven he can live above sin, so he is nothing but false in proving he himself can live above sin and granted Muhammad to marry Zaid's wife when Jesus says we should not divorce and remarry in the Bible. Matthew 19 v 9.
Thirdly, neither Muhammad or Islamic Jesus ever rose from the grave to prove the resurrection and eternal life and Allah could not make this happen as he has no power over death, Allah and Jibril are just false demons.
Why Muhammad is a false prophet/not a prophet of Yahweh, The God of Abraham and The Bible?
There is no promise of salvation through Ishmael's lineage, 'hence him being cast out after mocking Isaac in Genesis and going to the Zam Zam well in the first place!'
There is NOT a single claimed prophet from the lineage of Ishmael in the Bible, and until Muhammad's false claim 500 years after Christ had resurrected, and all the disciples had passed away completing the canon.
Paul tells you if an angel brings another gospel to you contradictory (such as Jibril supposedly brought to Muhammad in a cave), in which Christ never died on a cross or was resurrected let him be accursed:
      Galatians 1:8 KJV
But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
      Next....
In Sahih Bukhari 4480, Jibril is stated to be the enemy of the Jews and makes a scientific error when stating why a child will resemble one parent more than another. Science has shown that we are more likely to look like our Fathers than mothers and there is no scientific validity to the notion that which ever parent discharges first the child will look more like this parent.
      Narrated Anas:
`Abdullah bin Salam heard the news of the arrival of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) (at Medina) while he was on a farm collecting its fruits. So he came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "I will ask you about three things which nobody knows unless he be a prophet. Firstly, what is the first portent of the Hour? What is the first meal of the people of Paradise? And what makes a baby look like its father or mother?'. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Just now Gabriel has informed me about that." `Abdullah said, "Gabriel?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Yes." `Abdullah said, "He, among the angels is the enemy of the Jews." On that the Prophet (ﷺ) recited this Holy Verse:-- "Whoever is an enemy to Gabriel (let him die in his fury!) for he has brought it (i.e. Qur'an) down to your heart by Allah's permission." (2.97) Then he added, "As for the first portent of the Hour, it will be a fire that will collect the people from the East to West. And as for the first meal of the people of Paradise, it will be the caudite (i.e. extra) lobe of the fish liver. And if a man's discharge proceeded that of the woman, then the child resembles the father, and if the woman's discharge proceeded that of the man, then the child resembles the mother."
John 4 v 22, additionally says salvation is of the Jews, NOT the Ishmaelites!
Jesus, as the son of God, and as God in John 1 v 1, is who we are saved by, Acts 4:10‭-12 KJV:
Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God RAISED from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Leviticus 17 v 11, and Hebrews 9 v 22, let you know there is no forgiveness without bloodshed for sin atonement but Islamic Doctrine says no sin atonement is needed and Christ never died on the cross, which is a lie.
Psalms 147 v 19‭-‬20, shows the Lord only gives his statutes and judgements unto Israelites (which would include Paul and The Apostles) only, being able to give laws, and doctrine (including for salvation) unto Gentiles, as in Acts ch 10 and Acts ch 15, NOT to Muhammad!
Ishmaelites like Muhammad have no entitlement or validity in contradictory revelation (such as on atonement), and God passes his message even unto salvation through Israelites ONLY, then unto the Gentiles:
      Psalms.147.19-20.KJV
He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel. He hath not dealt so with any nation: and as for his judgments, they have not KNOWN them.
Galatians 3 v 8-14, shows you a crucified Christ, who later rose from death was 'the promise' to Abraham. V8: And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.
Galatians 3 V 14: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
John 1:29 KJV, says.. The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
The Passover Lamb is also mysteriously missing from the Quran, despite the Quran mentioning Moses 135 times, and mentioning Moses’ confrontations with Pharaoh 27 times in the first 89 of its 114 chapters. Not even once in the exodus saga accounted in the Quran is there any mention of the Passover.
The Passover Lamb is a picture of the task and process to bring us back to God, which would become complete in Jesus as our Passover Lamb.
Christ was crucified at Passover, as an eternal sin atonement, and The Passover Lamb, this foreshadowed the shed blood of Christ for a believer's sins to seal them in the Lamb's book of life.
      Hebrews 9 v 27 and John 3 v 16.

    Yes they do exist.
I was skeptical until a close (very religious) family member was possessed through sihir. This went on for about two years and countless rukiya performed. The jinn also came in the form of two huge dogs at night that did not bark, and was not possible for them to enter the property which has a two metre fence all around. They were at the front of the property and then at the back before my niece could run in terror from the front window to the back family room. When the dogs were confronted, and hit across the head with the end of a shot gun barrel, it was described as hitting “rubber”. No sound ce from the dog. They ran off and could not be seen - vanished. The resident German Shepherd did not not react or bark from his enclosure. There are a few more events which happened recently but not as severe as that mentioned above.
So be careful and pray, recite what you have learned.

It is a concern that in Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan, some people, knowingly or unknowingly, engage in practices related to the supernatural, including summoning Jinn or resorting to black magic. What's even more alarming is that certain individuals who claim to be imams exploit these practices, misleading others by linking them to the name of Allah. As Muslims, we must be vigilant and cautious in dealing with such matters to preserve our faith and avoid shirk.
I advise fellow Muslims, particularly those who have reverted to Islam, to be mindful of the company they keep from this region. It is essential to seek knowledge and adhere to the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) to protect ourselves from misleading beliefs. May Allah guide us all and keep us steadfast on the path of truth.
JazakAllah Khair to Tim Humble for shedding light on these concerns and helping us stay connected to the true teachings of Islam. By the way, I'm from Bangladesh

salamu alaikum. i have been reading here for years about the causes and treatment of mental illness from an islamic point of view. i watched a lot of lectures from brother tim but what was never mentioned and neither is that if you e.g. lived and grew up with parents who abused you physically, mentally, sexually, etc., you can do ruqya 24/7, but maybe it also worth mentioning would be to get professional help from a therapist in this regard or from another place? my little brother was abused again and again in front of my eyes and i didn't know if it would be islamic to report my father to the police because i thought through all the lectures and writings about ruqya, sihr, jinn and birrul walidayn that my father was just was just enchanted and not aware of what he was doing and just had to start practicing and doing ruqya and then everything would get better. I was also never able to talk to a preacher or imam about my family background. I am therefore very angry and disappointed with the preachers and imams. I hope not to be blocked for raising this uncomfortable issue in the Muslim community.

I don't think Islam forbid anyone from reporting the abusive parents to the authority,we are encourage to respect the law of the land you are living in and the authority or system in place as long it doesn't contravene your beliefs. Yes, Islam encourage to respect and honor our parents in everything but not when they are transgressing against what Allah and his Prophet PBUH have forbidden, Punish our kids is allowed but mistreating them is forbidden. You know in Western civilization they treat canning as physical abuse, constant lecturing your kids ad mental abuse, so I don't know if you referred normal canning as an abuse. For parents too, all use cane when you can no longer handle the child bad behaviour by words of advice. My brother maybe you should elaborate in detail the kind of abuse you guys suffered from your father, remember any sexual abuse is a crime and also forbidden in Islam. So being told to respect our parents doesn't mean they have a license to treat us anyhow. Even the children have their rights.

It is not advisable to treat mental problem only by ruqya, it is also recommended that you seek treatment in hospital. Not all mental problem is caused by Jinn or sihr, major cause of mental health problems are caused by drug abuse, under depression for long time or cursed by doing bad things that your mental can handle the guilt. @HebrewsvJohnv Před rokem

If one is charging money for ruqya I strongly believe this method of playing Sherlock series is costly, ineffective and leaves room for advantageous income to some. Its quite effective to do the latter which he emphasized "not into". Also reading the right ayats usually brings about clues. Yes in ruqya even if diagnosis is complete and true it can take days, weeks, months, even years. Depends on the type of affliction and of course permission of Allah is the ultimate deciding factor. Its best to do ruqya on oneself or have a close family member do it. The love, affection, sympathy to heal another can really drive the ruqya to a heightened level. Yes it takes time yes. Jinns and magic are of different levels. Sometimes jinns stay away when help comes or they are just are stubborn, sometimes magic breaks and redone, sometimes its bothersome distant radomized afflictions.

Is this ok to have and use ... Its just to make the house smell nice and fresh and nothing else. I don't want to unknowingly invite bad jinn or any jinn for that matter. May Allah SWT protect and preserve us from the fitna of all evil Ameen Ya Rabb 🤲.
