सर 6 महिने मे अप्लिकेशन नही किया तो स्टॅम्प ड्युटी रिफंड नही होता है क्या ?
After six months there is not a any provision to refund of Stamp Duty
You are eligible refund of Registration Fee. There is not any limitation of six month for refund. You can apply for registration Fee in Collector of Stamp office.
