I’m sure that many celebrities have to rely on people to get rid of unpleasant stories about them. That’s rich people problems. Their reputations are far more important than ours. I can see how it’s much easier to pay a person to shut up before a story is out versus defending it. I think Stormy and the playmate both extorted him.
It would be different if he paid a person to make another person go away. Or paid a person to get another person injured. Those are violent crimes. Stormy and Cohen have benefited financially for years on these stories. Cohen seems to be financially dependent on this case. Stormy was recently paid to do a documentary. She’s still making money years and years later. Stormy and Trump met on the set of the show The apprentice in 2006. Stormy signed an NDA and violated it Trump sued her and the judge ruled in his favor for. 620,000. In which she had never paid him a dime. Yet she recently got paid for the documentary. A one sided story that paints her as a victim.
Now we have to pray that 12 citizens follow the law and not their negative feelings toward Trump.
