Spicy & Refreshing: Louisiana Crab Boil with a Twist! 🌶️🦀

We're back at it again, join me as I put a unique spin on the classic Louisiana crab boil! By adding ginger and jalapeno, I’ve created a dish that’s not only spicy but also light and refreshing. For 1 dozen crabs (boil ten mins and let soak 45min)
1 pack of garlic smoke sausage
Recipe for small pot:
2 Cup Cajun Land Seafood Boil
1 Zatarain's Boil Bag (Salt free, tons of great flavor)
1/2 Cup Zatarain's Seafood Boil
1 Zatarain's Crawfish Shrimp & Crab Boil Liquid Concentrate, 8 oz
Note: Taste the water to figure out the flavor, it should be pretty potent but not OVERLY, if you cannot taste it due to spice or salt it may end up too spicy/salty when they are soaking!
Fresh ingredients:
1 large ginger root
1 pack of celery
3 whole fresh jalapeno
1 onion
4 heads of garlic (for eating)
