I like the wifi connecting feature as well but the scary thing is when this model becomes obsolete, Bandai probably will close the server and the Uni will not be unique anymore.
Yes so definitely enjoy it while it lasts. We all know that there are geniuses in the collectors community who kept the app running even after Bandai closed the servers for Tamagotchi Meets and ON ☺️

Ichigotchi was my favourite teen to get, I was sad to age her up 😅 nice to see how advanced tamagotchis are now, I'm tempted to get one of these for myself since my old one is no longer properly functioning. 3:46 yes you can use your tamagotchi uni without wifi but you can’t update and redeem codes without wifi

Hello! Thank you for this video. I want to buy my first Tamagotchi in 20 years but I don't know which one to buy between the Pix and the Uni.
The Uni seems really cool with the charging cable, the physical buttons, the Tamaverse but the Pix seems more "complete" with all the games and daily tasks it has.. What would you recommend?

Owh I cannot choose just one sorry 😜 but for longevity and design : definitely Uni win because not only it has wifi , it also very slim and can be discreet. I dream of a day when Tamagotchi become popular again like in the 90’s where you can see everyone carrying around Tamagotchi as pet.

The Uni doesn't have an On/Off function and it's really inconvenient for players because if you don't have time to play, you have to let the battery die.
I hope Bandai releases another complete version soon. But for now, I'm on the Pix side.

idk how to connect my tama to the wifi bc the password is too long to fill in and by phone it tells me to connect to the tama and then gives me a second code that doesn't go through and it never connects
