Sandy Hatfield is a trailblazer in the industry as one of the first women to pursue a career in the male-dominated stallion business. After 35 years in the business and serving as the stallion manager at Three Chimneys for over 20 years, this year her mentee Veronica Reed is taking over her role at Three Chimneys.
