Cool comparison. I would say that putting a SSJ head on the figure would look great since you can recreate Goku pushing the Spirit Bomb at Buu

Thanks for the comparison vid, I sold my event exclusive UI Goku last year and regretted it so bad that I'm trying to track one down again. I'm glad I can get either of them and they're effectively the same figure (just a different box) I just need to be ready for the hit to my wallet

The hair on the jp release is translucent and the us release isn’t if that matters

The event exclusive looks more shiny
I’m not trying to get hate on or is it just me it’s just a figure and a different box and cost little bit more..
The special color version was a released in small numbers on a very limited run that was only sold in Japan and even less were shipped to the USA only by Bandai Premium. The ship carrying the sea container with those special color version nearly capsized in the ocean on the way to California's coast and had to return to Japan for repairs and to see what cargo was lost, so delivery was heavily delayed and presumed lost at sea until one of the last crates on the ship had them still inside
The hair is definitely different. Surprised you didn’t notice this at all despite doing a comparison video 🤦🏻♂️
