- Mrs Peers-Dent shows you how to carry out reflux to oxidise ethanol to ethanoic acid, and distil. Please note that in reality ethanoic acid has a boiling point of 118 degrees, so would have to be heated directly instead of in a water bath.

This is excellent and so underrated! Thank you for putting out such videos, which have been extremely helpful especially when we are all stuck at home and unable to go to school.
