[PoE 3.24] Freeze Ele Hit of the Spectrum Deadeye Starter Teaser for 3.25

- League start testing for the next has already begun, and I'm pulling out all the stops! This video is the first of many teaser showcases for a starter build I have in mind for 3.25. This build features a particularly low-budget yet high-performing elemental-attack deadeye that neglects scaling crit despite focusing heavily on freezing enemies as a primary defensive layer. This is likely to be the best overall league start build I've produced as of yet, for how easy it is to setup and for how well it performs on such a small budget. Definitely one worthy of considering for newer players!
We'll revisit this build with a formal guide after the 3.25 patch notes are released. Stay tuned!

pretty amazing to reach 9M dps with that kind of budget... nice one mate :)

PoB DPS can be a bit misleading, being optimal combat conditions but yeah, it’s surprising.
Looks crazy good for how cheap it is, Im suprised at how the Freeze is so effective as a Defence in t17s.

I will try it in the meantime when necropolis is still going but I would love to see the upgrades what to go next for ofc excluding the bow upgrade (that is no brainer).

Tough call between this and lightning arrow again. Theres also ice shot which I wanna try but i never could get enough currency to get a good enough phys bow like I wanted. Thats like mirror territory.
Pretty nice but the main problem I have with this as a league start is that ele hit of the spectrum is mostly unavailable during the campain, and unless you manage to clear it in 3-4 hours and buy the gem on day 1 it's probably going to get quite expansive really quick
Last league I started about 4 hours after the 3.24 launched. When I sat down and pulled up live searches, Ele Hit of the Spectrum was on trade in excess of 100 copies as low as 2c a piece.
Freeze and evasion synergizes with Dance of Destruction (monsters have 25% more damage and less life) on the Atlas tree. Do you think it's worth taking?

Can you make a video outlining the process from going from the early endgame build your proposing to a multi-hundred of divine budget for someone who hasn't done t17's before? I'd like to explore the game further into a higher more veteran type playstyle, but this is like my third league and it's been maddening not being able to do uber's or the newly released t17 content.
I usually make this kind of video right before league start. I might consider doing it sooner though.
How you are going to get the Ele hit of the Spectrum Gem in league start scenario?
Last league I logged in day one about 4 hours into league start. Checked live search tabs and there were already more than a hundred Transfigured Ele Hit gems available on trade for as little as 2c each. So, I start with LA and purchase the gem with my first 2c.
If I drop a 3-4 link foxshade is it worth using. It gives a lot of movement speed and evasion. What do you think?
Yeah, I like that one. I think I might even purchase one off trade as a step up to lightning coil. Keep lifetap and bloodrage off the build.

Not much of anything, unless you mean MF gear. You could swap a ring and boots for MF pieces, I wager.
How did you show the MH accuracy on the left side of PoB?
You just need to have the attack skill displayed there.
I've been leveling this these days; feels very smooth and fast. I had one issue: not enough accuracy for Precise Technique. Is there an easy source for accuracy during the campaign?
Farsight & Acuity are the main links. They both have strong masteries that can grant a lot of accuracy as well. Farsight has the long way around the wheel to grant more.
Don't forget about Expeditions End chest armor. Very good chest for freezing, and makes t17s a walk in the park. Also good to pair with a Heatshiver and Ahuana's bite until you can afford a high end quiver
It's a pretty rare grand heist curio replacement. It won't be easy to acquire on league start, I wouldn't plan one around having it early.
Yeah, the price is the issue there. Maybe it’s cheap when no one advertises a build, but if they do, it’ll be really expensive.
I copied someone's build because I was bored, just to see what it would do. It's cremation/unearth necro. So far it seems pretty darn tanky, albeit slow asf. Someone on my friend list asked me to help with shaper earlier, and I was so slow I was forced to tank the slam, which I did just fine.
Having less than 285% move speed feels bad, but almost never dying kinda makes up for that. I'm wondering if I should try DD of chaining before it gets gutted, might be pretty fun.
DDoC is another one of my four builds coming. ;)

Most people are expecting July 26th to be league start. But not confirmed.
Nice, think im off work that week, haven’t league started bows since bleed bow glad, always get baited a little into something non bow, but think im guna go it this time. Hope the dont nerf harbi scarabs, i can see this been good early if they get rid of grave crafting
Even if there is way more competition for some of the items, they are extremely common and this build over performs on the investment anyways.
It’s better not to rush, we’ll wait to find out what the patch notes will change

Tried to recreate it and got mostly the same gear but I cannot kill rares in T17 they are just too tanky
Did your T17 map have no monster defensive modifiers rolled on it?
@@snoobae8553 I tried few maps just to make sure. It was on Sanctuary though, but I don't think it would change things that much from Abomination? White/blue mobs get annihilated, but I'm left with a bunch of rare mobs that I cannot kill. I even put Ele hit of the spectrum 21/20 to see if it would help but it didn't change much, I double checked everything my accuracy is higher than life, damage tooltip is the same as yours in the video, etc.
If your map has "monster have +x resistance" you are done bro .
So switching to LA at lvl 14?
This build is Galvanic Arrow into LA with LMP, and replacing it with Elemental Hit of the Spectrum whenever you can afford to buy one.
@@snoobae8553 i know, my question is about the leveling process. At what moment do you switch to LA? Your pob says “early leveling”. It’s not clear to me what that means :).
