- In Jude’s day, there was a destructive belief secretly spreading in the early church. A group of believers were teaching that God’s love on the cross effectively canceled his moral commands. So Jude, the brother of Jesus, responds to this theological crisis and calls his people to fight for the faith given to them by Jesus.

This literally brought tears to my eyes. I've always loved you guys' videos and the way you incorporate poetry with truth, and there's not many that I haven't seen and been affected with. Thank you! This was _very_ well done. The short book of Jude--like a hundred other Bible passages--refutes the popular false teaching "I prayed the sinner's prayer, so _once saved, always saved._ Now I can do what I want and still go to Heaven." No! After Jude gave all those OT examples of those who thought they were secure but were not, Jude says,
"But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life."
Again, let's keep ourselves in God's love!
I'm ashamed to say that I have used God's grace as a license to sin even though I have read and know that God does not want me to do that. My heart is desperately wicked, who can know it? I ask for prayers that I will be guided by the Holy Spirit into repentance, humility, humbleness, and truth. I pray for the same for all who are like me. For God so loved the world, may he have mercy on us. The Bible says that it's not that we loved God but that he loved us. I pray for the peace and salvation of Jerusalem and Israel. May God bless Israel and through Israel may all the nations of the world be blessed. Amen! 🙏 ❤
It took me a very long time to accept Jesus, because of my sins. Sad that some people just sin and use Jesus’ death as a covering to just continue to sin. Do better people do better.
