What measurement do you suggest we use for girls who will wear this
on their foreheads?

It's best if you measure the circumference of the child's forehead to get it perfectly right, though the ribbons will help you adjust accordingly

My wire is not holding shape on the pearls. I'm wondering what kind of wire you are using and it's gage.

Hi, you may be using a thinner wire as compared to the one I'm using, please try using a thicker wire it will help the pearls hold properly
