For the record, I do not ship these two. I never have and never will, but there’s something so bittersweet about their relationship, and Seo Dan shows real character development throughout. Her and Gu Seung Jun were meant to be, and this song choice reflects that. Seo Dan needed to lose Jeong Hyeok and her feelings for him to find herself and find her true soulmate.

I love Captain Ri. But his coldness towards Dan was so uncalled for. He could've at least tried to be friends with her. Dan deserved so much better. 😭😭😭
I think if they had stayed friends with each other , Seo Dan wouldn't be able to forget the love that she had for captain ri ..! It was better that she fell in love with the other guy..! ( Sorry I forgot the name ) but the sad thing was he died too..! Seo dan deserves better..!

Seo Dan is independent,bold,strong and a woman of character.Needless to say she is gorgeous,yet she never gets a single attention from Capt.Ri ,a man she loved and waited for 7years! Just to be clear, I don’t ship them at all :) I personally think Seo Dan found her soulmate in Gu Seung Jun (my most recent video is on them!) and that she didn’t deserve to be treated the way she was by Ri Jeong Hyeok.
This video is just a tribute to her growth, from the person who wanted the marriage, to someone who recognised she deserved better and needed to lose Jeong Hyeok to ultimately become happier for herself.

He was so mean to her for no reason. It almost makes me not like him at all.
He wasn't mean. He was just too clumsy to realize he knew her at school, or that she loved him. But he was always honest with her. The only times he was mean were when he thought Seri died in ep. 9. But he did tell her he couldn't marry her even though he tried to accept it. It wouldn't have been fair to get wedded to her while loving someone else. He knew he could be hated for that but it was nice of him to be honest.
@@totorohawkeye3109 I certainly do think Captain Ri could have handled his relationship with Seo Dan much better. He was also cold towards her from the beginning for example: in Switzerland, it was Seo Dan who was always putting lot of effort into their relationship where as Captain Ri never even bothered to make their engagement work as her fiancé or make her feel comfortable for that matter. If he had no feelings for her he should have made it clear in the beginning and set the boundaries. Cause it also wouldn't be fair to marry Dan when you don't love her and only marrying because your parents want you to. He could have been more honest and at least should have tried to be friends with her if not fiancé. Definitely Dan didn't deserve that treatment from him especially where all those years he gave her hope of marrying him.
