It has been two and a half years since Tangled the Series ended and I can't be the only one to wonder what it would have looked like if the series was animated in CGI. I guess now we have the answer. And can I just say that I think Merida is the perfect fit to play Cassandra? They have the exact same attitude and Merida even has a "lady in waiting" looking outfit, so it was quite clear to me to give her the role (even though she has a lot of limited scenes with that outfit ffs I had to use some of the freaking behind the scenes footage to fill some gaps). The king's scene however is on a whooole different level like it was so hard to include a character WHO NEVER SPEAKS in a MUSICAL? Impossible.

Absolutely incredible editing!!!!!! Really amazing to see TTS in CGI / Tangled's og animation style!! Everything was so seamless and Merida filling in for Cassandra was perfect!!
oh god this is AMAZING!!! It feels so good to hear Rapunzel's voice coming out of her original design again, you did such a good job of recreating all the scenes (including the whole thing with her not wearing shoes lol) and oh god the scene with the dad must have killed you, I lowkey though you'd recast him since he has NO speaking scenes but you stuck to the design and I love that. And Merida is such a good choice for Cassandra!! they have such similar energies andher two wardrobes is honestly so perfect for her maiden and knight attires!! but I think the ending with Eugene's whole proposal thing with his friend and his duet with Rapunzel is my favourite part! Once again love hearing his voice come out of his original design! you did so good!!

That was so great! I watched it with such a great pleasure, it was so canonical and fluid and natural. Gosh, I wish the series was made in the style of original movie. You did amazing job, I love your casting, how you choose backgrounds for the scenes and of course, how you managed to work with Rapunzel's dad considering the lack of screentime for him

This is so fun, what a great idea to convert the 2d into 3d~ While the show's art style is very unique and pretty, it is fun to think how their adventures would have looked like in 3d as well. Also I feel sorry for you over the King, indeed it's so funny how the parents never actually spoke in the original movie :'D

I use Adobe after effects for making my clips and adding effects then I put everything together in Sony Vegas pro :) there’s plenty of tutorials on CZcams already, the effect you need to search for to cut the characters out is called “masking” or “roto brush”! There’s a lot of people who have already masked a bunch of characters and are giving them away as green screen, just search “Disney masking giveaway”. To get rid of the green screen use the effect “keylight” on AE (there’s a bunch of tutorials again on yt). You can also find beginner tutorials for sony vegas on CZcams.
You also need the movies on your computer to start editing which you can find on the internet :) I hope this was helpful!
