Yes I had very important final exams which were a lot of preparations and studies the whole school year and because of them depends which middle school we are entering after them (at least that's how it is in our country) so I passed with one of the best results and points! 🤩🤩🤩 It was very hard, but your motivation, Hannah and your sweet motto "Dream big and make it happen" led me to my win💖✨

You really inspired me to get into rhythmic gymnastics and I Just got second at a comp. Yay. You have really helped me in motivation and rg tutorials and I still love watching your videos after you left RG. Love the video it looks really fun doing ballet I wish I got into it ,it would probably help me at RG lol.might be a bit pricy to do both. Hi! Congrats on your second place!! Well for me, ballet really improved my rg. I started ballet around 1,5 months ago and after i believe 3 weeks, my teacher told me that i somehow started to work cleaner and more open and that it actually started to look like a routine. Ballet will actually help your rg! Byee❤

You and Khoreva have both been on recovery journeys, and its such an important experience to showcase, because working through recovery is hard both physically an mentally. I'll never forget injuring my back and thinking, "Will this never end?!" but eventually it did, but it has made me so aware of how we have to listen to our bodies and keep them in good order so that we can continue to do the things we love.

So so true. Unfortunately I’m still on that recovery journey and it is increasingly frustrating. I’ve never had to face something like this before and it certainly is a new challenge. Mentally it is tougher then physically. I hope to share more on my channel once I have the strength to do so 🙃

I recently got the results back for my final cello exam and I got a high distinction! I worked really hard on it and sacrificed a lot but I could hardly believe the results when I saw them 🥳

This was just grand. I love how in-depth and detailed the whole experience was. It's so eye-opening and, dare I say, educational for an ignoramus like me. And I love how unashamedly real and vulnerable you are, without arrogance or ugliness. You are a delight, Hannah!
Also, the ringing in the ears: I get it all the time. If it happens again, try taking one or two fingers and applying pressure to areas around your ear until it fades. Usually, I find about a centimeter or two forward and slightly above or behind and slightly below the hole of the ear (on the skull) are the sweet spots, but try moving around until you find what works. Hope it doesn't bother you again!

So I did ballet when I was younger and stopped right before going to YAGP back in 2006 and I've always wanted to be in The Nutcracker ever since I was a little kid. 15yrs later I'm back in ballet as an adult taking classes at SBI and back in December I got to be in The Nutcracker and I was the makeup artist for Mother Ginger. Ballet for me is my outlet, it lets me forget about the outside world and everything that is going on. It's also very special because ballet dancers are a troup that's different from other dancers because we do things with our bodies that other people can't and ballerinas are like sisters, we are always there for each other.

🥳🥳🥳🥳 I never thought I would be promoted to my ballet studio’s company, and it happened last month!!! I also never thought I would improve so much in ballet in 2 years, but my progress post-Covid is something I’m proud of!

🥳 Biggest achievement was getting through foot ankle and calf injuries. 6-12 months of pain and having to work out what caused it all and modify my life.
Injuries are the worst! I have a knee injury for almost 10 months now and a hip injury for around 3 to 4. I had to take a break for around 6 months after my knee injury started and right after i was allowed back i got my hip injured. My fysiotherapist told me to take a break for at east 3 weeks... so yeah She also told me that i injured it so badly that there is nothing she can do and that the only thing that can help is rest... Btw I wish you a quick recovery and good health! Byee😊
Congratulations! Getting through injury is such a tough process. I never fully realised until having to face this one myself 🙈 I know it’ll all work out and I’ll be stronger on the other side but this part is hard 💪🏻🙏🏻
🥳seemingly impossible thing i have achieved was leaving my medicines behind for blood pressure and asthma and instead learned to use my mind to heal myself
i have also done that with a very achy tooth recently,just saw the world from the perspective of someone who is already healed,and it worked
God gives everyone what they believe is theirs

@@HannahMartinRG 🥰🙌the secret is in "ask and believe that you have received and then you shall receive" , it's about using the imagination from the first person perspective and feeling the reality of our desire vividly until it feels just like reality,and feeling the gratitude of being in that reality now🙏
so "ask" is kind of a misleading word , it is more accurate to say "imagine that you have received and you shall receive" 😄

So I came from Costa Rica and I was very new here in Canada I did last of 5 grade and I was very scared to know how I did for final test And well I was the best in everything so that was something I definitely had to work on and dint think I'd make it better well that big achievement came and it satisfyind

The adrenaline after a successful show is wonderful but not conducive to sleep. I guess it's all part of the learning curve in such a profession as yours. I loved Downton Abbey! You probably hate advice, but I’m wondering if a melatonin gummy might help you at night? And I’ve heard to get a good nights sleep your body needs to cool itself down so I’m wondering if the baths could be working against you?

Funny fact is that I tried a melatonin tablet in London and it did seem to work on a couple of occasions to help me wind down, I also had to take showers instead of baths there and it did seem to improve the results! Thank you for your comment x

You should try just putting ice water in a basin to save time and water in a whole bath 😅
The water is reused by other company members throughout the day (I know it’s kinda gross) but it does mean the water is not wasted 😂🙈
I'm 20 and just started stretching if I achieve the flexibility this year can I lern bullet too at 21 I always thought we have to start ballet from age 5 but I want too lern this so bad ?
I think you can certainly do ballet as an adult! Ballet is for everyone 🩰
