Use the fixative spray recommend for pastel. But not use the Arfina brand

But in under 500 rs doms and faber castell brand are good.

Hi, I recommend paper with rough texture (200-300 gsm) it is best for Oil pastel, soft pastel, poster color and water colour 😊. I used Fabriano water colour paper.
