Same here. You know he did the voice of Darkseid in Superman: The Animated Series, Justice League and Justice League Unlimited even played as General Sam Lane (Lois Lane's father) in Smallville. He also appeared in Stargate SG-1 and voiced in Nickelodeon's 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

IMO, "Retribution" felt like a big disappointment to me, and here's why. Up to this point, the Chairman had amassed a grand total of $185,000,000 from all of the crime bosses who signed up for his services. Can you imagine the kind of manpower and firepower the Chairman could've gotten with that?
Walker foiled him quickly and he did not have enough time to recruit more hackers and assassins but yeah, he could have been supreme overlord .

If the chairman had decided to wait and come back after Walker later it would have made for a crazy series finale. The chairman could have done unbelievable horror with the millions he racked up.
Yeah the actual series finale of the show was quite horrible. Some adjustment and the chairman arc would have been a proper series finale that would have sent the show off well
Would it have been possible for the Chairman to also have recruited other past Walker villains as well?
