His moveset in actual game is 90% accurate to my fanmade moveset. Itâs also better, like Sonic Blade instead of Strike Raid (ground)/Payback Raid (air)

The fact that you can pull off Witch Strike so seamlessly is honestly amazing! As a Bayonetta main myself I know how incredibly hard it is (can't say I have mastered it yet haha). How exactly did you practice the technique?
I practice by jumping in the opposite direction of where your opponent is at, then do a jump cancel b reverse wtw

On a side not: my god, these voicelines are so much better than the vanilla ones. Not to say the other ones are bad but these ones just have so power to them.
Those are the voice clips taken from Bayonetta 2. The witch time lines were the same words but of course spoken differently. I think the PvP aspect and faster pace of Smash likely led to making faster spoken samples.
I like the Smash ones because they sound cockier, which fits since Bayonetta could run circles around these characters in her home games.

Bayonetta really needs some buffs AT LEAST for the damn wicked weaves
Playing good as bayonetta in SSBU requires a certain amount of style and understanding of the game that most people are not going to put in the effort to master, its always amazing to know that some people do.
Every clip in this had me gasping at how they ended there's some NUTS stuff in here like the guns in the string on Sephi at 3:32. I've started to learn some of the more advanced stuff like actually applying Triple Jump but Witch Strike is next on my list!
Naw cause the angles and trajectories for some of these witch twists are things I could only dream of

So good. By the way do you recommend a certain control to make the jump cancelling consistent?. I use a pro controller but the shoulder buttons react to slow that i miss that combo often, i can't even do low short hop ABK like I used to with my joy cons. The only problem with joycons is, you know, drift
I'm using switch lite and tap jump for my jump cancelling

I see, I just never had the time to join one. Also witch strike is a very high risk low reward move and very hard to execute so I can see why its barely used. Neutral interactions are more important
