I had massive bleeding with clots during perimenopause and was diagnosed with fibroid tumors. My doctor said most fibroids disappear on their own after menopause. I opted to wait it out, never needed surgery and the fibroids disappeared and never came back.
That's brilliant Spoly!
I am experiencing this and I've literally been on my period for almost a month now
Me too and I'm 50 @@gamingmom6164
how to stopped heavy bleeding
I have if every few days... Sudden. Iron supplements stays in the system too long and can cause ageing lol so no
At this point in time, a doctor should be used as a tool to get blood work, ultrasounds, cat scans, etc. and if you actually need surgery. I don't go to them for nothing else. If you have endometriosis or fibrioids, all you need to do it research non surgical solutions yourself. They work! If you go to a doctor, they are just going to suggest surgery or some kind of franken medicine.
Love this channel. So very helpful, thank you x

I am diagnosed with endometrial carcinoma stage 1A grade1.. I had been having irregular periods since highschool so I just ignored my period not coming few months to a year and coming back really heavy as if it is gushing out with big clots for the entire week few hours a day..
when I felt dizzy i called the ambulance and also diognased with severe anemia- blood tranfusions done, my only option now is u hysterectomy removal or uterus, ovary, and fallopian tube.. I'm only 32 - I wanted to have a baby so I tried the medication instead which is progesteron- I'm in pain and I'm back to bleeding heavily and I always get chills... ladies, I'm getting the surgery I will quit the medication of course with doctor's approval... hope we all get better 🥺
So sorry to hear about your situation RuMiJP, I do hope all goes well for you.
@@AvogelCoUk thank you, actually I've been on medroxyprogesterone acetate 200mg for almost 2 months now and somehow it's working~ maybe, I could try conceiving a baby first before they donthe total hysterectomy 🙏🏻😊
@@RuMiJP fingers crossed for you!
@@AvogelCoUk thank you! 😊
How are you doing?@@RuMiJP
My periods generally has been heavy with clotting ever since I've got them. And I've definitely found in the last few months where my pms symptoms have been way more intense (exacerbated mental health issues). But my gp apparently thinks that perimenopause doesn't exist. Been having a few symptoms since last year but have intesnified in tte past few months
Hi
Have you looked into the herb Agnus castus, it can often be helpful for this kind of scenario and you could also add in a magnesium supplement, approx 150mg twice a day.
Hi Sarah, please pass on your knowledge to people who have had to have hysterectomies and the after effects. I would low to know what issues surgical menopause can bring.
Thank you kindly.
Hi Sofia
Eileen has posted a vlog on this so please do take a look

Is It compatible to take agnus castus and progesterone (from day 15 to 28 of the cycle). My gynecologist has prescribed me that because of my heavy periods in my perimenopause
Hi there, It would be best to take one or the other for heavy bleeds, not both. I hope that helps.
Best wishes x
@@AvogelCoUk thanks
My issue is no period in last 3 months
What phase is this? Ovaries and uterus intact. Right tube removed 19 years ago.
Hi Dionne
It would be the perimenopause as you won't know yet whether your periods have stopped for good or will come back at some point.
@@AvogelCoUkgood morning, thank you for responding is this an early phase?
I have been irregular for the last 5 Years along with occasional hot flashes during the day frequent at night, morning anxiety that subsides during the late morning.
I've been taking magnesium for the last 6 months, palpations are better.
I recently started taking vitamin C, D and B12 daily. I feel a difference with the morning anxiety and vision has improved. I will be seeing my gyne next week. Should I request hormonal levels if so which levels?
Oh yes,did some blood work and found out i have some Vitamin D deficiency.
I suffer from severe dizziness like disequilibrium roughly a week before my period. Is there a solution for this?
Hi Aruna
Dehydration can sometimes be the trigger because of the falling oestrogen so don't forget to drink plenty of plain water every day. Acupuncture can often be helpful with this so worth looking into
@@AvogelCoUk sure thanks
@@AvogelCoUk i also started taking menopase on my doctor's advice. Hopefully it will help
I've been having dizziness very frequently. How are you dealing with dizziness?
@@shwethanarayana456 mine is a typical perimenopausal issue. I have attended CBT sessions and i try to practice it. I just drink some water and sit or lie down for some time. That's all. But it is very irritating.
Thank you for your video ❤
I'm in menopause I have heavy bleeding right now for more than two months doctor said that it is natural
But it's not easy it is very difficult for me 😓
Please do go back to your doctor about this. Heavy bleeding can be caused by a number of factors such as fibroids, polyps/cysts or even a prolapse, as well as hormonal changes, so a proper diagnosis is important! They should be offering further investigation to find out why this is happening. Maybe see if you can speak to another doctor for a second opinion.
Prolonged bleeding can also cause low iron so you may find a gentle iron tonic, from your local health shop, can give you a little boost.
Best Wishes
Eileen
Hi how are you now? my sister experiencing this, too heavy bleesing with clots resulting to low iron..... she is taking vitamin for iron but since the bleeing continues her iron is still low

Certainly not a topic to be described by a menopause coach. It is something too much out of their scope. Their silly advice in advance matters can sometimes make people get into trouble. Only a doctor is certified enough to talk about the depth of such topics.
Thank you for your comment. If / when you listen to Sarah’s sensible and experienced advice, you will be pleased to note that the information includes clear guidance on the potential gravity of the scenario. Easily available and understandable information is very important for women to access.
