- This week on Show People, host Paul Wontorek was happy to reunite with an old friend: Tony Award winner and all-around musical theater icon Betty Buckley. Although she now calls Texas home, Buckley is in town starring in an acclaimed new club act at Feinstein's at Loews Regency called Ah Men! The Boys of Broadway. In the show, she takes on a variety of theater tunes written for men from composers like Stephen Sondheim, William Finn, Leonard Bernstein, Irving Berlin, Frank Loesser and many, many more. Sitting down for a chat, she talks about the appeal of the songs, how an animal friend got her to move back home to Texas (and away from theater gossip) and even offers to teach Wontorek how to ride a horse. Click on for all the fun!

Such a wonderful, wonderful treasure!!!!! Thank you! Betty Buckley! ♥️Xxxooo
Betty Buckley seems as wonderful a human as I hoped she is.
A talented lady with the biggest heart.
This is a great interview. Betty has such a beautiful childlike spark in her mannerism. This is one of the best interviews I have ever seen.
She sang that line from "Who Am I?" when I saw her in concert, and I almost jumped out of my seat when she belted "2460-OOOOOOOOOOONE!"
Betty as Sweeney needs to happen.
Please!
"Intelectually, I would never want to live in Texas."
Amen sister!
Great personality ))
In Carrie in the movie she played the gym teacher and on broadway She played Margaret White the crazy lazy
Betty,
You are appreciated, loved and respected, and a DIVA.
He is always so fawning... but this woman is great

i was so scared of her in the happening
Dame Betty...you’re Napoleon Brandy!
@54321lerual Why? Should she be ashamed of her work? The show was packed from day one.. investors pulled out, not ticket sales
