Ingredients ;-
* gud (jaggery) - 1 cup
* kaju - 10
* badam - 10
* cardamom powder - 1tsp
* cream - 2tsp
* doodh - 3 tsp
* desiccated coconut - 2 -3 tsp
* ghee - 1 tbsp
* rosted channa - 1cup
Note- Sugar powder is added for additional taste according to personal taste. It is not necessary, only gud (jaggery) is sufficient.

@@SunitaSharma-lv1sv Nice recipe dear, but there is NO sweet without sugar, and jaggery is an alternate form of sugar so it isn't necessarily healthier than crystallized sugar........both have high GI and GL, but it is important to 'sweeten' our lives with treats.

You can use milk instead of malai if you want to preserve the sweet for few days and for long term you can use Ghee.

Can you use shop bought cream? How long can you store the sweet?

Generally I don't use shop bought cream for this recipe because it takes hardly few minutes for making it and it can be used up to six seven days easily. If you want to use shop bought cream it will depend on the preservatives in that cream that how long it can keep the sweet safe for eating.
