Probably worth learning how to do most of these without extensions.
clear cache - hold down the refresh icon on top left toolbar and click "empty cache and hard reload".
what font - open devtools and inspect element, click computed panel next to styles, check group option and view the text group for all font styles.
web resizer - open devtools and open device mode.
edit anything - inspect and edit the text in elements panel.
go full page - run command in devtools "capture full size screenshot" or select it in device mode options.
