He may have actually been younger than the wrestlers...
I have mixed feelings about tournaments that use uncertified, volunteer referees in combat sports and plan to share those thoughts soon. That said, I'll say that they did a great job nearly all day.
I did see one injury and withdrawal that would have been likely prevented with an experienced official on the mat and I did have to step in to ensure a second didn't happen. (I've been a certified official for nearly 20 years.)

Does the red wrestler defeat the other wrestlers so easily?
He’s pretty good. He won the folk style state championship for his age group this year.
