    In Basketball Foul shots can win or lose a game. In this video I show you how I prepare physically and mentally for those crucial game winning fouls shots.
    The purpose of this drill is to increase your heart rate push to fatigue then hit the foul line for shooting. At the foul line control your heart rate, mind and soul.
    This is how it goes:
    To start everyone pushes 10 up and backs. Do these as fast as you can. Everyone starts at the same time and try to beat each other. Push each other to go faster and harder. Get the blood pumping and heart rate pounding.
    Once finished the 10 up and backs each person one at a time goes to the foul line and takes 10 shots each. If even number of players you can split in partners for shooting.
    For every foul shot missed you add a lap to your 10 up and backs. For example.. If a person misses 5 out of 10 foul shots they add 5 up and backs to the standard 10 which would be 15 up and backs.
    If a person makes all 10 shots they still have to push the standard 10 up and backs.
    We do four sets in total.
