@@psycholordb7811 with EA banging out a new PGA TOUR 'Road to the Masters' game next month, it'd be insane to buy 2K23 right now.
I actually really like the gameplay in the 2K game(s) because I played The Golf Club and 2K basically bought the devs who made The Golf Club, so it runs that engine and keeps some of the purist stuff, but of course with 2K comes monetisation in microtransactions everywhere. Then again, EA are just the same, so I guess it comes down to which game engine and gameplay we all prefer. I'm waiting to see how good the upcoming EA PGA looks first. If it plays like garbage though, I'll go with 2K and the worse graphics but more preferable gameplay.
@@Turn1t0ff Who cares about graphics anyway, all games look good enough these days imo. Tbh, the EA game doesn't look much better, and i'm sceptical about the ball physics. If the gameplay and physics is good then it will be a good game, but I kinda doubt it.
The foliage and greens look fine but the water, characters, and effects are real sad. No dust kick up when hitting a ball etc
They use those ball modules that they put on a players so that they can use their exact movements for MBA and MMP and NFL why can't they do it for this
I guess because these pga games aren't as popular as NFL and other shit. They dont wanna put that much money in it.

They bring the club back a quarter of the way and then they don't even follow through it's so bad
only on some shots though. driving and pitching do have the full animation
