We were looking for boiled egg recipe to completely replace our pressure cooker. Thanks a bunch for the info! QUESTION: What if you were cooking regular uncooked sausage (i.e. Famer Johns Classic); how would that change the time / temp? We just got our Speedi and really enjoy your content. Thanks in advance.
Hi! I followed your directions, added 1 cup of water, switched to rapid cook side, selected speedi meal, temp 345, and timer at 10 minutes. I was only cooking eggs because I had already started cooking my bacon in my Ninja foodi. Before the 10 minutes was up, I'm thinking around 4-5 minutes in, my eggs started busting. I went ahead and removed them, and placed in cold water. None of them were cooked thru, including the ones that busted. What did I do wrong? (I've previously used my Ninja Foodi to cook eggs, and they have always came out perfect.)

Uncooked Sausage I would do 400 10-12 min flip halfway on Air fryer mode or just cook them on sear and saute mode(like a frying pan)
