Not agree with Dr. because surgical outcome also depends on how the lens power measured, how patients respond to medicine. Even phaco surgery patients can see everything in just 6-12 hrs after surgery, 12-24hrs in case of older techniques (as soon as eyepad removed). Bleedless doesn't mean blade is not required....bro agar incision ni lagayega to cataract kidhar se nikalega aur naya lens kidhar se ghusayega. This lallantop episode is really disappointing for me.
Totally agreed with Mr Tarun, no any cataract surgery is Blade less why the expert hide the truth behind that how can he implant intra ocular lens without insertion of eye, completely misleading information (actually only one step of operation capsulotomy done by femto laser)

In the case of Glaucoma, the lost vision can not be recovered, however, we can retain the remaining vision. There is no permanent cure to it. We can just use medicines to control eye pressure. If pressure is not in control by medicines then we can go for the surgery to control it.
