The calibration was kicking my butt before I found your video. This made all of the difference for me and my wife. Thanks so much for this video!
Hi man so happy that I manage to help you guys I was you but without help so after been so hard to get the best results and no videos explains how to get my results I thought that this will help others. Thank you for your time
Im going to try your settings today as i just replaced my t1 for the t3 yesterday!
I’m sure you will like it much much more :) let me know how it went :)
That helped. Thank you. However, i had no issues with the brightness turned all the way up.
You can but is going to affect colour accuracy if you are severe OCD like me that’s a problem I wouldn’t have like you have installed because it will drive me crazy
Ty so much brother. Much better
Happy that it helped you :)
Thank you for an amazing video you help me
I'm happy to know that this video helped you out to sort your Govee backlight t3 lite
Awesome video!! What are the wall stickers that look like broken into?!

Very old video not the best quality but have a look
Thanks for the video, I'm waiting for the comparison with Nanoleaf 4d. I want to know the winner
Working on it :) thank you for your comment and support into this Govee t3 lite and wanting to see next to the Nanoleaf 4D
Is it possible to use it on smaller TVs? Like 32 or 40 inches? Or the camera doesn't detect the TV?
For that you are better with a nanoleaf 4D that I have reviewed on the channel
Do you recommand the same setting for video games only?
I have the same settings on mine
Question: I saw your T2 vs T3 lite video, and in it you said with the T2, you have to put the camera on the bottom of the tv for the best results, but in this video, you said if I use a T3, I don't have to do that. But can I still put the T3 on the bottom and still get excellent results? I ask cuz I didn't want the camera to be super visible on the top of the tv and wanted to hide it on the bottom of my tv
Yes it will work but you have to do something to set up the way I made on the t2 is not native
Yesterday I installed it, but when calibrating the camera, the point on the TV is upwards, i.e. where the camera is, it does not see the image, as if it was out of range and the camera is set at 90 degrees. The sides and bottom are fine according to the instructions, but the top of the TV, where the camera is mounted, doesn't catch enough. So it has to be? Should I set it differently? TV 65"
On mine also doesn’t appear all the top part of the screen it cut maybe like 6cm on mine but the quality is so good that I will not consider to set up my Govee t3 lite in a different way hope it helps
@@MADpack can we put the camera on bottom on the tv?
@sassi445 yes you can if you want it
@sassi445 you have is to do what I shared in another video is not made to put on the bottom but possible
Love the masks on the wall, may i ask where you bought them? Thanks
If you go to the oldest videos on my channel you have videos of them and links
@@MADpack Thanks! I am checking the website but not available at the moment. Thanks for the videos!
@salvatoreilcarrubba thank you you for coming to the comment section ;)
I find even 40% brightness a bit much for my liking. I have it around 28%.
Black bar elimination doesn't seem to work though. Still have colours above and below TV. Do you have the same issue?
Hi there for sure the tv technology you have installed is inferior to the one I’m using qd oled. I am right? And why you want the top and bottom dark?
@@MADpack Yeah probably. I have an 85" Samsung q80.
When movies are letter boxed I just think it looks better without light at top and bottom. But regardless, the feature doesn't actually work for me.
@Armadillo312 you have the relative brightness that you can turn to 0 and in that way they will not turn on anymore
I'm sure when it says black bar elimination that it means it will display colours that are closest on the image rather than no Leds otherwise you will only have lights on left and right of the TV.
Do you have to have wifi to use this? Can i juat hot spot my phone?
You need to be connected to the same
Wifi
Once i use my goodle home or google assistant, how do i get my backligjt to actualy do it backligjt capability where it reacts with whats on the tv
I’m confused google assistant and back light I didn’t understood what you want to do
@MADpack basically when i used my Google assistant e.g "hey Google turn light to blue", how do I change it so its colour matching the tv
@xphvtxmx5980 I don’t think you can’t you need to go and press or change on your phone
@@MADpack yea but how do I change it on my phone
@xphvtxmx5980 Install the app from govee
Thanks for the video man, only one question, is it normal when i turn off the TV the lights still on? looks like the camara identifies my lamp but my logic says that should be sync with the TV right?
How can I fix this, I made the calibration again and still happened.
😢
Hi man you need to understand is a camera so if light is reflected on the screen that will happen. Try to assemble the camera in the opposite way put on the bottom or on the top
47% overall brightness, lights will turn off. Try it!
genius @@j.thomas3832
Quick question how do you make part of the lights go dark when that part of the tv is dark?
Do you own the Govee t3 lite or do you have per example the Govee t2?
@@MADpack I have the t1 version so I’m assuming that’s the reason why
@@malachiwalker4293 yeah t1 and t2 don’t allow full blacks
@@MADpacki have the t3 but it doesn’t go dark for me, any suggestions?
@MeezusChrist how it doesn’t go dark!?
My camera doesn't connect while calibrating please help govee has send me 2 t3 but still not working.
Have you try with another phone?
@@MADpack Yes i did with both android and apple.
You must be connected to the wifi
When my I have a black/dark colored scene mine has the white lights on. How do I set it like your where the turn off?
Try reducing the relative brightness and see if it works for you imagine it comes standard 50% try to reduce to 40 in each side and see if that works
Okay thanks. I’m going to mess with it at night. I think the con of the Govee is that it doesn’t work great during the day due to the glare/ reflection on the tv
@Indiansx1 that’s like that if you have a camera and not a hdmi box is not a govee problem :)
Right just saying that is the one con of going with the Govee or camera vs Philips hue or hdmi sync box.
@Indiansx1 yeah that’s right
If there have a option to cut the LED strip? because i want to use it on the monitor
Nanoleaf 4D Review - Better than Govee T2?

Thank you 🎉🎉
Thank you you for sending me a message
Yellow and orange colour on thr screen is always throwing a red light I've tried every setting recommendation (lite 3, sony A80J 55 inch)
You tried my settings?
Yes I did. If I keep the white balance to where you said, the white color throws very blue-ish light @@MADpack
Same here. Oranges are red. Really frustrating. For me whites are blue as well.
With the govee t3? Are you using my settings? I don’t think so :) that really seems a saturation problem
@@MADpack OH I’m using the Backlight 3, sorry. Maybe the T3 is better
Nice video but your TV backlight looks very dark no effects 🤷🏻♂️
It’s the lens that they don’t allow a lot of light not the settings or effect of you see my settings video with over 100.000 views a lot of people use my settings
@@MADpack I will give a try. Thanks
No worries enjoy
its still garbage with only 14 lightzones on a 65" 😪
Garbage in which sense? Explain a bit of yourself
