Maybe passing this test in order to vote wouldn’t be too bad.

Question 5 is incorrect, there is no presidential line of succession in the United States, when the president is absent then the vice president, the president of the Senate, acts as the president until the reason for the absence is removed, if there is a vacancy in the presidency, then the vice president acts as the president until a new president can be elected, which can happen at any time, not just every four years, and if both the president and vice president are absent at the same time, the. An officer chosen by congress shall act as President until the reasons for their absences are removed or a new president can be elected if their is a vacancy in either office. There are no others that can be identified to act as President for any reason!
The question for Electoral College votes to win the presidency is also incorrect, because there are no electoral college votes, each State has a number of electors equal to the whole number of Senators and Representatives each State may be entitled in the congress, who vote, States don’t have electoral college votes, they have electors that vote to form a list of qualified candidates identified and vetted by the electors of each State. Its also impossible to win the presidency, the electoral process is consensus choice, not competitive choice.
Congress does not meet to certify the winner of a presidential election! The electors of each State certify that their list of persons identified and vetted by the electors, that all persons on that list meet the requirements for holding the offices of President and Vice President; all candidates on the list must have reached the age of 35 at the time of choosing by the elector, must have resided continuously for 14 years within the United States at the time of choosing, must be natural born citizen, and at least 1 of the Elector’s choices must reside in a State other than the elector themselves. Once certified the lists are sealed and transmitted to the seat of government directed to the president of the senate. Those list are then opened in congress and compiled into an aggregate ranked list, where only the top 5 candidates form a ballot that is considered by the States where the States determine the choice by vote, 1 vote per State, and a majority of the States is necessary to the choice.
I can’t finish this video, more than half the questions already are incorrect!

First the United States does have a line of succession for the Presidency. It goes Vice President, Speaker of the House, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, Secretary of State & so one. It has roughly 16 people setup in succession. Whoever would assume the office of the Presidency would keep the position until the next scheduled Presidential election.
Second, it requires 270 electoral college votes to win the Presidency. Yes, electors do meet in state capitals in December to vote for candidates. These electors are chosen by the victorious campaigns. They vote & then those votes are submitted to Congress to be officially counted on January 6th. At that point Congress will count & certify the winner of the Presidential election. Do you not recall the goal of many people 1/6/2021 was to stop this certification?
Third. You must be confused about about the 1 vote per state for President. This only applies in the event that no candidate reaches the required 270 electoral college votes. At that point each state delegation would have 1 vote for choosing the President.
I can assure you none of the questions above are wrong.

@@TashasTrivia Yep. The self- styled expert posting this nutty comment needs to read the constitution. I suspect the person is someone who denied the validity of the last election.

Biden is the 45th person to service as President despite being the 46th President. Grover Cleveland served two non-consecutive terms.
