Hi everyone ! Just to clarify, the parakeets are not actually outside! Lemon and Lola are inside a heated room and if you look closely there is a window ledge and also a wild bird feeder on the outside of the window. My computer is right by it. This is also not their regular spot. I bring them downstairs to do the videos because of the beautiful view from the window :). @ about 30:43 in this video you can see a bird land on the outside window feeder

I was wondering about this also, as im a fairly new bird parent but didn't think they could do the cold. So im sitting here wondering if they were really outside or not!
They are inside a heated room! You are correct they cannot be outside in cold weather! 🙂
