As you have joined a new company and your new PF Account is opened you cannot apply for final pf Settlement that is the reason only advance pf option is available, you can apply if you are unemployed for two months after leaving your previous job. You should transfer your old pf balance to your current pf account.

Yes they can apply if you want but you only have to authenticate the application using aadhar OTP.

You should wait until your father name is updated, check regularly online in your basic details after login.

Hello sir, i have left my previous company in nov 20, now i am trying to withdraw my pf amount from last 2 months(dec 21) there is some updates in my adhar and pan in name correction and i have submitted all new documents to last employer now they are not saying that some CDS is pending from locan of offfice (Vadodara, Gujarat) and pf office staff just given one offline form which is Erelavant according to employer. Now i stuck nobody is giving proper answer and dragging the matter. Please guide me. 🙏
Sir maine total 3 companies me job kiya hai.. Aur 2 saal se mai job nhi kar raha hun. Toh maine last company me pahele wale 2 companies k amount transfer k liye request bheja tha jo ki mere last employer ne 19th octobor ko accept kiya.. Abhi mere passbook me dikha raha hai ki pura paisa last wale account me transfer ho gya, but track claim status me jake check kar raha hun toh dikha raha hai ki 'accepted by employer, pending at field office..' kya mai withdrawl k liye apply kar sakta hun??
You can make a graviance on epfo graviance portal or you can try & apply for withdrawal claim online if you face any rejection then make graviance.
