2 heads of Broccoli
1/2 head of green cabbage
1 bunch of kale (9 leaves)
Stage 1,
#10 Grid, grind the ingredients alternately, do a bit at a time round-robin style.
Stage 2,
Scoop 1.5 cups per press cloth, slow the press during the initial juice flow.
Yield, approx 600ml / 20oz
