Agree - Chris' demeanour seems really dependant on who he's with. Put him in a room with Bobby Lee, Bryan Callen, Will Sasso etc and you're getting an hour of hilarious nonsense. Put him with someone he is perhaps less comfortable (or familiar) with, like Rogan or Burt, and you get a more considered, apologetic version

Wow. I like D'elia a lot more after this. I think this is the first time I've seen him not being a total goofball and even though I sort of knew he had to have a serious side, actually seeing it makes him a lot more relatable.
He was on Theo's podcast a month or two back and they were both pretty low-key and normal. Worth a listen if you liked this one.

Anybody would register that. Humans are very perceptive to body language. Like, you can tell when somebody no longer wants to talk to you or has to leave by their body language, unless you’re on the spectrum.

I'm so used to seeing Chris being a silly goose on his podcast or Fighter and the Kid, that it's odd seeing him being serious in a conversation.
D'elia on Rogan got me very disinterested in that podcast. It's hard to keep up with the fearful leader
He's just really good friends with Callen and Schaub. Much easier to sit back and bust balls with people you're really close with than people who you don't know quite as well.

@8:22 I love how open Chris is about basically everything in his life tbh. And also him saying 19 made me"not feel as bad" about me also waiting till I was 22 to lose mine. Which really I never really let that get to me cause it was honestly by choice, cause I had plenty of times I could've lost it from the time I was 15, but I just never let what others had to say to/about me bother me. For one, like I said, I had plenty of opportunities to, but thr first few were with girls I really dk and I was always one of those who didn't really do one night stands and also I've always been cautious due to STDs. Plus I was so focused on sports in school idc about all that. Which I never understood why others try to give people grief for waiting to lose theirs or why they would always use the line "why haven't you yet, you scared of it?" Billy Huxell man on Fire is pretty funny. Personally, I think Chris has an intrinsic sense of humor. He’s at his peak in conversation. He’s super funny on TFATK also.
Watch D'Elia on "The Fighter and the Kid" podcasts. He's had at least 4 lengthy appearances. Also watch his sets that he posted years ago on his youtube channel. They are better than his stand up specials.

Of all podcast hosts Bert is the best. He asks all the right questions and let’s the guest tell their story. I like it. I love Theo, FTK, and Rogan but Bert is the best.

I'm not gonna lie, this was one of the most enjoyable Bertcasts I've listened to! Not that I dislike any of em, but this one I'd have to say was my favorite one by far!
Though I will say that the one he did with Frankenstein's Lab was one of my all time favorite podcasts in general just cause of how much I love their channel and reactions, and it's super nice to see a comedian or celebrity give a reaction channel some recognition and to being them on their podcast the was Bert did. But that's also why I like Bert so much and why I appreciate his podcast so much! I doubt there is anyone else who'd do that, but he did and that's why I love him so much lol.
