- In today's video, we're going over composite functions - what they are, how they're written, and how to solve them!
In short, a composition of functions is created when one function is used as the input for another. Sometimes, you'll be given an actual input value, which would first be solved in the interior function. Then, that output becomes the input for the outside function.
For example, f(g(2)), which reads "f of g of 2," would mean to first plug 2 into the "g" function. Then, whatever that result is, you'll plug that new number into the "f" function.
I can solve composite functions after watching this video no problem!
This is so helpful life savior, my understanding expanded! My teacher has been absent for a week and gave us this booklet with no other information on how to do it 😭😭
Composite function is hard but this makes it seem easy
It’s good to know the basics!
These are great examples
Amazing examples for me!
Awesomeness✌✌
This is really helpful
Thanks for the educational videos!
Very well explained👍
Good job candy
Thank you so much!
Oh so you plug it in
Thank you! Your video helped me a lot, I was super lost
Ok I see how now
So the output becomes the input for the outside portion
After watching multiple videos on this, this video is the only one that made any sense. Thank you so much 🙏
So it’s like f of x and g of x
So a composite function is created when one function is used as the input for another ok!
So if your given an actual input value you have to solve it in the interior function
F(x) and g (x) don’t seem as confusing now
So whatever the result of the g function is you plug it into the f function
U are my savior after hours of struggling with this this part of functions
This dude just explained really well ❤ thank you g ❤❤
You have saved my life 🙏🏻
You make people understood it's concept better rather than questioning things because u make math looks more beautiful, it gave me a bigger picture about how should i do for things i learnt ❤
Saved me big time mate, thank you
You have saved me❤❤
i wuv u
GRAZIE
how did u summarize two days worth of information that i didnt understand until now in just 5 minutes..???

Of course it's not. 😅 f*g(x) is in no way similar to f of g of x.
Thank you so much!
