Yup wrenched them a bit to tight the gas didn't escape from the vegetable matter and expansion of hot water. Round two with a different lid and remember to eat them first. Other than that good job and as enjoyable as ever , from field to table. I have done them with 1/2 a small cube of chicken bouillon and shallots or pearl onions some smoked on the grill and some not. In just my opinion the batches with lightly smoked peal onion tasted better because I didn't need to season at all when I cooked them.

I grow blue lake pole beans and I pick every other day. I haven’t gotten to the end of your video but my all American canner hold 7 quart jars. It takes forever to Cut the ends off the beans, blanch the beans, sterilize the jars, load the jars, run the pressure cooker to the point you can put the 10 pound weight on it, then after it’s finished you have to let it cool down and I usually do that overnight. For me it’s an all day process just canned 7 quart jars beans. You must have more than one pressure canner. If you think you’re gonna get 70 quarts that means you own seven pressure canners and you’re gonna be running them all in tandem.

I have four cookers if I want to but usually what happens is the stove will do 2 canners at one time as soon as one’s done I move it off to cool. I know your not supposed to. Then while it’s cooling I put another one in its place so from the getting up to temp to cooling there’s a constant rotation. The safer thing would be to use my cooker burners doing the same thing just not moving them till they depressurerize . I actually don’t own a hot plate.
