Abandoned- A grand old federation Villa erased from historic Glenelg. Another victim of location

Hey house lovers and explorers!
This episode I will take you through a grand old statesman home from the early 1900`s federation period that was built by a local prominent family already established in the the suburb of Glenelg North which was formerly St Leonards.
Provided is some cool information for those not familiar with Glenelg also another interesting look back to trace the history of the street and how it took shape and who lived here.
By the title you probably already realize this od gem has now recently been demolished and it certainly could have stood for another 100 plus years without a doubt.
