Genuinely curious though.. Are you talking about everyone turning off what water? Like in the shower, sink, all water, etc? I know as someone like myself who personally struggles in the shower + my body cannot handle the cold unfortunately so certain cases there’s nothing wrong those personal preferences in my opinion.
