I went to job interview today . While we where waiting an hour i tried chatting with people but when you say or ask anything these days people just shake head or give one word comments then put faces back in there phone. Im almost 40. I use my phone alot but in public i do not. Its kinda sad to me the way thing became. And most people probably have nothing serious on that phone. Just on it because conversation is awkward to everyone now. Just hiding in their screens. Like that long haired kid in high school that kept hair in front of his face.
They could’ve just not been interested in talking to you and didn’t want to encourage whatever you were talking about.
Not everything is about you.
