The Mozu pistol has a operator mod called "Skull Splitter". Every headshot is a guaranteed kill. That was the 1 bullet pistol death on the Morocco map.

Bruh 15:00-15:20 was some of the sickest play I’ve ever seen.
The "one bullet" thing is called the Skull splitter and it is the operator mod that you get from getting max level on the Mozu pistol. It makes it so if you get a headshot with the gun, it is an instant kill.
Honestly surprised Scump has not heard of it and seen more people using it.
