Hi again, after watching this mutiple times i am wondering what is difference btwn step 1 git clone and step 7 git clone because its the same idm vton from same creator. (1 from github and 7 from huggingF.)
Step 1 is to clone the code and Step 7 is to clone pre-trained models.

thank you sir. I am trying to run it in runpod with cloud storage and gpu. Do i have to install the same like you did for my set up?
I am not sure as I have never used RunPod. Please try to search tutorials for RunPod.
My case: RTX 4070 -> 8Gb VRAM
It took 1200s to perform the output, that is very slow compared to the huggingface API which uses at least two A100 (it takes about 30s when I tried)
The VRAM requirement is quite huge. I guess the code was not optimized.

somehow it works better on the hugging face demo, but very bad locally,
in terms of auto masking, the auto masks on my local install are consistently bad
What configuration are you testing on locally?
I only have integrated gpu , no external graphic cards, is there a way maybe using google colab or something that i can launch this and work on this model?
I faced the same issue so I tested on friend's machine with 24 GB VRAM.

4 GB VRAM is very less. Please try and see, I highly doubt it will work.

Ignore the warning. The warning is to inform that something will be deprecated in the future versions.
This tool required huge amount of VRAM and since your system have 16GB it will take a lot of time. Unfortunately there is nothing much can be done but you can try playing around with the output width x height.
